Wondering what these new “green” jobs are all about?

We are looking to help 75 people get careers in the areas of home energy assessment, 

energy efficient retrofit & sustainable landscaping

 

Join us at one of our mandatory orientations on the following dates to find out:

Ë February 1, 2011
*Note: All orientations will be held at 9:30AM at the STEP Center of the Mercado Apartments in Barrio Logan.  Their address is 2001 Newton Avenue, San Diego, CA 92113.
 

In order to be eligible for MAAC’s Green Careers Training Program, you will have to meet the following requirements:

Ë Reside in Barrio Logan, Logan Heights, Sherman Heights areas (zip codes 92102, 92113, and 92114)

Ë Be at least 21 years old

Ë Have a high school Diploma or GED

Ë Have a clean driving record

Ë Pass a criminal background check reflecting no felonies in the past five years

Ë Pass a physical and drug screen
